The Naida CI Q90 sound processor is one part of a cochlear implant system that enables hearing. The other necessary parts of the system are the Implantable Cochlear Stimulator (ICS), headpiece and headpiece cable. The sound processor consists of two parts: the sound processor and battery power source. There are four battery options, including four sizes of Lithium Ion rechargeable PowerCel™ batteries. This facilitates electro-acoustic stimulation to the cochlear and wireless capability.
