How it works

  1. 1 Choose your category, then the grouping you intend to list in — the numeric prefix (e.g. 03.01.01.01) matches the PL structure used in your HPP application.
  2. 2 Review the comparator candidates and benefit benchmark — every application must state at least one comparator from the grouping, and conditional listings are flagged because they block the Tier 1 pathway.
  3. 3 Use the tier pre-screener and the 4-year benefit estimator to prepare the figures your application needs.
