• ·Usage data — basic server logs (page visits, search queries) for debugging and improving the service.

Personal data is collected solely to provide the service — specifically to authenticate your account, maintain your watch list, and send you email alerts when watched codes change. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-party processors

• · Resend — transactional email delivery (login codes and change alerts). Your email address is passed to Resend solely for the purpose of sending these emails.
• · Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions. We do not store card details; Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with their PCI-compliant systems.

5. Australian Privacy Act 1988

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You have the right to access and correct your personal information held by us.

6. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see below).

To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, email us at support@billingcodes.com.au with the subject line "Data deletion request". We will action your request within 30 days.
