Description

Stand-alone anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) fixation system: cage, screws and locking cap. The 3DMorphic ACDF integral screw fixation device (cage) is intended to immobilize, stabilize and maintain the height between instrumented segments and support loading in the cervical spine until fusion occurs. The 3DMorphic ACDF device has a trapezoidal, ring shaped footprint with a central graft window that can receive bone graft. The superior and inferior surfaces of the device are made to fit the patient’s vertebral endplate anatomy and feature serrated teeth to resist expulsion from the interbody space. The anterior surface of the device features screw holes and a threaded locking cap hole as the device is designed for use with integral fixation screws and a locking cap. The device is offered in a variety of footprints, heights, lordotic and scoliotic angles according to the patient’s anatomy and surgeon’s specifications.
