The ROI-A implant is an ALIF interbody/fusion cage manufactured from PEEK-Optima. If the surgeon so chooses, additional stability can be added to the construct by inserting optional self-guided, locking anchoring plates into the cage and the adjacent vertebral bodies (plates are included, and no screws are required).
