The MAXONIQ Surgical Dental Guide is a patient-specific and single use device that is intended to be used in conventional and multiple dental, partial and full dental arch and zygomatic implantation procedures to be used with Straumann Implant systems. It is designed from patient scan data or surgical restoration templates and is given a predefined shape and hole configuration to guide the placement of dental-guided surgery reference pins. It is also used as a drill guide for the placement of dental implants in the early stages of dental implantation procedures. The surgical guides manufactured by MAXONIQ Pty Ltd using the coDiagnosiX software are specifically designed to be used with Straumann dental implants listed under the following rebate codes, SB008, SB009, SB015, SB018, SB029, SB030 and SB035.
