The Adelante Peel-Away Introducer Set is comprised of an assortment of sterile, single use, percutaneous introducer materials used to assist in the placement of a neuroelectrode array. Specifically, each kit contains 1 peel-away sheath (7F), 1 dilator, 1 needle, and 2 guidewires 50 cm, 0.035 inch, straight tip. The introducer set is designed to accompany the ReActiv8 neurostimulation system that allows for the placement of the ReActiv8 percutaneous lead (ARTG 327091).
