Description

GORE SYNECOR Intraperitoneal Biomaterial (SYNECOR IP) is a hybrid, tri-layer composite synthetic mesh, comprised of a non-absorbable macroporous knit constructed of dense monofilament polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fibres. The visceral surface is a bioabsorbable synthetic nonporous film comprised of poly (glycolide:trimethylene carbonate) copolymer (PGA:TMC). The parietal surface is a bioabsorbable synthetic porous structure (3D) comprised of PGA:TMC copolymer.
