HANAROSTENT® HOT Plumber™ with Z-EUS IT™
A lumen apposing metallic stent is a prescription device that consists of a metallic stent, intended for placement to facilitate transmural endoscopic drainage of pancreatic pseudocysts, walled-off pancreatic necrosis and gallbladder. This stent is intended to be removed upon confirmation of cyst resolution. This device also includes an electrocautery delivery system that is able to be connected to electrosurgical generator so electrode punch tip allows easy access to the targeted tissue when the pure cut mode is activated through compatible electrosurgical unit. The stent is a flexible, fully silicone covered, self-expanding nitinol stent, which is preloaded within the electrocautery-enhanced delivery system. The electrocautery delivery system is designed to be used in the gastrointestinal tract in conjunction with commercially available echoendoscopes with a 3.7 mm diameter or larger working channel and is compatible with commercially-available 0.035-inch endoscopic guidewires. The monopolar electrosurgical energy is used to delivery system and the generator is not included in this device.
