Meniscal repair anchoring device is an all-inside meniscal repair device. All inside device includes non-absorbable polymer implants, pretied with non-absorbable suture or suture tape and preloaded into a needle delivery system. It is loaded with 2 or more such implants. These are implantable, suture-retention devices which facilitate percutaneous or endoscopic soft tissue repairs, including the repair of meniscal tears
