The percutaneous lead is intended to be single use and interfaces with the Implantable Pulse Generator (Senza II, Senza Omnia, Senza HFX iQ, Bluetooth Trial Stimulator, HFX Trial Stimulator), lead extender OR cable, and lead accessories. The Lead Kit includes Percutaneous 8-contact lead; Stylet, Curved .014", Stylet, Curved .016"; Stylet, Straight .014"; Lead Anchor, Asymmetrical Eyelets; Lead Anchor, N100; Insertion Needle.
