The Lead Anchors are used to anchor the lead to the fascia or supraspinous ligament. Lead Anchors are designed to slide freely over the lead length to the required fixation position and sutures are then tied around the anchor clamping the sleeve in place on the lead or a torque wrench is used to tighten the anchor to the lead.
