The Knotless PEEK Anchor with single preloaded suture and PEEK Tip consists of Wedge Anchor design. The anchor and tip is premounted on an inserter. The tip has an eyelet intended for fixation of suture(s)/tape(s) to bone tendon fixation. The device is designed for insertion of the tip and anchor into bone by using instrumentation for creation of a pilot hole. A suture threader is included with the inserter to facilitate loading of suture through the eyelet.
