Description
The Ruby Coil System is comprised of a platinum embolisation coil attached to a composite pusher with a radiopaque positioning marker. The coil is transferred onto the microcatheter and the coil should be advanced under fluoroscopic guidance. Description
The Ruby Coil System is comprised of a platinum embolisation coil attached to a composite pusher with a radiopaque positioning marker and a Detachment Handle. The coil is transferred onto the microcatheter and the coil should be advanced under fluoroscopic guidance. The detachment handle is attached and advanced over the proximal end of the delivery pusher and then the coil is detached by using the retraction button on the handle into the preferred site.

Description
The Peripheral Occlusion Device (POD) is compromised of a specifically designed platinum enbolisation coil with varied diameter and is attache to a composite pusher with a radiopaque positioning marker. The distal Anchor segment has a larger diameter to secure the coil in a straight or fast flowing vessel. The proximal segment has a softer and smaller diameter to ensure occlusion and stasis of the vessel. The device is transferred into the microcatheter and advanced under fluoroscopic guidance. The device may be fully deployed prior to detachment. the detachment handle is attached and advanced over the proximal ned of the delivery pusher and the the device is detached by using the retraction button on the handle for accurate placement

Description
A range of valved silicone voice prostheses that are placed into a tracheoesophageal puncture at the time of surgery. The Prosthesis resides between the back wall of the trachea into the esophageal wall to enable tracheosophageal speech.
Benefit: Voice is produced by temporarily blocking the stoma so that exhaled pulmonary air can be directed from the trachea, through the prosthesis into the oesophagus, producing voice in the TEP segment. Fluent, conversational speech may be acquired within just a few days.
Blom-Singer Rapid Response VP’s are available with extended tracheal and oesophageal flanges to overcome peripheral valve leakage. In addition, valve weighting can be adjusted to manage reflux and central valve leakage. This range of valves is also available in special lengths.
