Nucleus Kanso 3 (Kanso 3) is Cochlear’s next generation off-the-ear (OTE) style sound processor. Kanso 3 has the benefits of the latest sound processing technologies of the behind-the-ear (BTE) Cochlear Nucleus 8 (Nucleus 8). Compared to Kanso 2, Kanso 3 provides improved features such as SmartSound iQ 2 with SCAN 2 directional noise reduction algorithm, Bluetooth LE Audio Ready technology and automate function.
