ProTrach DualCare is attached to a tracheostomy tube and is designed to eliminate the necessity of finger occlusion, enabling the tracheostomised patient to speak easily and more clearly. It combines a speaking valve with an HME, and this way both enabling hands-free speech and helping to keep the lungs healthy by providing the important humidification of the inhaled air.
