Description

The ATOMS System is a long term, adjustable prostheses that substitutes urinary sphincter function in incontinent males. It is a hydraulic system comprising of a suburethral sphincter cushion/cuff which can be adjusted hydraulically intra-operatively or post-operatively through an implanted titanium port. Fixation arms and attachment sutures hold the implant in situ.
